Alertline®, manufactured exclusively by Excalibur Extrusions, is the industry’s first PVC pipe that is compounded and color-coded specifically to carry reclaimed water. It's a combination of simplicity and innovation.
Alertline virtually eliminates the problem of dangerous cross connections, so water agencies, specifiers, architects and inspectors can use it confidently. The pipe's purple color makes it immediately recognizable as a line that carries reclaimed water. With Alertline, there are no concerns with caution tape falling off. Language barriers are a problem with stamped pipe, but not with Alertline. Time spent installing and maintaining it is reduced, too.

Available in Classes 200, 315 and Schedule 40 (other classes and schedules upon request), Alertline comes in a variety of sizes with plain or belled ends. Bell end or plain end pipe is available in 1/2” through 6” sizes.
Code Standards
Alertline pipe meets or exceeds all International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) and National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) standards for PVC Type 1, Grade 1 pipe. It is designed to be installed underground and to be used exclusively with reclaimed water.
